Thank you for shopping with ZOORMESH. We are committed to delivering our high-quality fiberglass screens to you efficiently and securely from our manufacturing facility.
Custom Production Note: Because every magnetic screen door is tailored to your specific millimeter dimensions, please allow 3–5 business days for our craftsmen to manufacture and quality-check your screen before it is dispatched.
Processing time is the time it takes to manufacture, quality check, and package your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your Tracking Number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
You can track your order directly on our website via the “Track Order” link in the footer.
All ZOORMESH orders are shipped internationally from China.
- For USA Customers: Orders under $800 USD generally do not incur import duties.
- For Australian Customers: Orders under $1,000 AUD generally do not incur import duties.
- For EU/UK/Canada & Others: While we do our best to minimize costs, import duties, VAT, and customs fees are NOT included in the product price.
The customer is the “Importer of Record” and is responsible for any applicable fees levied by their local customs office. If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect a shipment once it has been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship it, but the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
We insure all our packages. If your product arrives damaged:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
We will immediately file a claim with the carrier and manufacture a free replacement for you. You do not need to wait for the claim to finish.
If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
