3.1 Product Descriptions
We endeavor to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Service are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings.
3.2 Custom Orders & Measurements (Important)
By placing an order for custom-sized products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements (Width and Height) provided. We manufacture strictly based on the dimensions you input.
- Measurement Errors: The Company is not liable for screens that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Returns or refunds are not accepted for customer measurement errors.
- Production Tolerance: Due to the handmade nature of our products, a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 1cm is considered normal and acceptable.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) to securely process payments.
All orders are shipped from our manufacturing facility in China. We offer Free Worldwide Shipping.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times provided are estimates only (typically 7-12 business days). We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or shipping carriers.
- Taxes and Duties: For most orders to the USA and Australia, taxes are included or under the de minimis threshold. However, for certain regions (e.g., EU, Canada) or high-value orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes levied by your local customs authority.
We offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial for our products, including custom sizes, subject to the following conditions:
- Quality Issues: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing errors (e.g., torn mesh, weak magnets), we will provide a full refund or free replacement immediately.
- Fit Guarantee: If the product does not fit due to our manufacturing error (size differs from your order by more than 1cm), we will replace it for free.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns or refunds if the product does not fit because you provided incorrect measurements.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZOORMESH and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ZOORMESH.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall ZOORMESH be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
For Australian Consumers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms attempts to exclude or limit these rights.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
However, if you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction (such as Australia, the UK, or the EU) that requires the application of local consumer protection laws, the mandatory provisions of those laws will apply alongside these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
